Mother natures bush walk

Outside where the lonely white tracks awaited us in the dissents, laid mother nature bush walk. Suddenly an announcement was made.“ All of the 9 year old to 11 year old line up for cross country!” yelled out Mr.Burt with an outstanding voice.

Rushing to the junior courts we sat down in our lines and waited with anticipation outside on the thinking about whats going to happen next. “On your marks, get set, go!” yelled out Mr.Burt as the 9 year old boys ran off into the dissents, young, and brave. Then it was our turn.

Butterflies thew around in my stomach, as I walked closer, and closer to the start line. 'On your marks get set GO!' Off I went running as fast as I could. Puddles surrounded the path way as I ran through the congested cheering crowed.

Halfway through mother natures bush walk I could see...my paste started to slowing down. So I ran through smelly and muddy creeks along with hot sweaty boys running next to me...yucky.

The running coarse

"Your almost there team four" yelled out Miss King, as the scorching sun shined down on us. While Running our cross country practice , I huffed and puffed my way down the rocky road. "I made it!" I said to myself as I walk around the outside of the court. We did our exercise then we tiredly went back to class.

The soccer bully

Gazing at our property being taken over...our coach screamed at the top of his lungs “Get him!!”. Everybody who even dare to touch him had, been defeated...but then it was my turn. Slowly and carefully, the charging bull ran towards me.

Skidding around like a bunch of marbles all over the field, I ran in fear.
“Help, help!” I cried out, trying to reach for the nearest exit...but then I remembered...it’s just a game, there is no exit.

Victory or defeat I thought to myself...as he ran closer and closer,
‘’How great would  it really be to taste a rich solid victory?”
was the question that laid in my head...but to me,defeat was never an option.

Shaking off all the negative feelings I overcame my fears and ran towards the soccer bully. “Come here and get me!” I yelled out with aconfidence. Tumbling through roaring audience out he came.
